3. Pickup and Delivery

Estimated pickup and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. For delivery orders, please ensure a valid address and that someone is available to receive the order.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@emberiron.com or by phone. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have already begun preparation may not be cancellable.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and special offers are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer, including expiration dates, minimum order amounts, and usage limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted and may be discontinued at any time.
